Access to and use of the joy99 app platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before a Player may register an Account or place any wager:

2.1 Minimum Age

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Personal Capacity

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal prohibition that would prevent you from engaging in online gambling activities.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to hold a joy99 app Account under any circumstances:

• Any person under 18 years of age.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account on joy99 app, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number registered with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in Account suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another player's Account. joy99 app will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification

joy99 app operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit satisfactory identity and age verification documentation. Accepted documents include:

• Valid Passport (any nationality)

KYC documents must be clear, unaltered, and submitted in a format accepted by our verification team. 3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player may maintain only one active Account on joy99 app. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all but one Account will be suspended. Any balance, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited. If you inadvertently create a duplicate Account, you must notify our support team immediately to resolve the situation without penalty.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless a specific promotional offer specifies a different threshold. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process. joy99 app does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which joy99 app accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support outbound transfers, in which case an alternative method registered to the Player may be used subject to verification. Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 Monday to Sunday) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day. joy99 app reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

BDT accounts are denominated entirely in Bangladeshi Taka. INR accounts are denominated entirely in Indian Rupees. joy99 app does not perform automatic currency conversion between BDT and INR account types. Any conversion required to settle a game outcome denominated in a different currency will be performed at the exchange rate applied by our payment processing partner at the time of the transaction.

4.5 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate joy99 app transaction is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. joy99 app will contest all chargebacks it considers to be unwarranted and will immediately suspend the associated Account pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent chargeback activity will result in permanent Account closure and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by joy99 app are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated in full at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer only. joy99 app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete Account registration and their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific welcome bonus terms published at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using duplicate Accounts or shared devices constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible Account suspension.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, cricket sports betting, and other products may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

5.5 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

joy99 app runs promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural and sporting calendar, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, and T20 World Cup cycles. Participation in these promotions is subject to the specific terms published with each offer and requires a verified Account in good standing.

6.1 Your Obligations

As a registered Player on joy99 app, you agree to:

• Provide and maintain accurate, up-to-date personal information on your Account at all times.
• Immediately notify joy99 app of any change to your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address.
• Use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the joy99 app platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and permanent closure where confirmed:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate unintended winnings — any winnings obtained this way must be reported to support and will be voided.

• Registering using false identity information or impersonating another person.

7.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your joy99 app Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money Balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

7.2 Suspension by joy99 app

joy99 app reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions; there is suspicious activity or a fraud risk associated with the Account; the Player has provided false or incomplete information; or a legal or regulatory obligation requires it. During suspension, access to the Account will be restricted and withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.

7.3 Permanent Closure by joy99 app

Following investigation, joy99 app may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6, the Account Balance and any pending withdrawals may be forfeited in full. joy99 app will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player via their registered email address.

7.4 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly — typically within two hours during BST business hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is disabled, promotional communications are suppressed, and re-registration attempts will be identified and rejected. 8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Game Outcomes

8.4 Governing Language & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version. Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to resolve any concern before pursuing formal action.

8.5 Updates to These Terms

joy99 app reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible at joy99-app.com/terms-conditions. Registered Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address at least seven days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must request Account closure before the effective date.
